Return Policy

It is the policy of EpicRecRooms to accept returns for any reason during the first 30 days after delivery!

If you wish to return an item and receive a refund, simply contact us at 1-800-297-0747 to set up a return shipment.

To receive a full refund, any defective products must be returned within 30 days of the merchandise being delivered. For any defective products returned after 30 days, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and a re-stocking fee may be assessed for the returned products.

Any return after 30 days is at the discretion of EpicRecRooms.

For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Non-defective product returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Products must be unopened or unused. Used products will be subject to a maintenance fee.
